Afia Bin Taleb

Afia Bin Taleb comes from a Hadrami family but Hijazi upbringing.  Her father's job as a calligrapher has an impact to the whole family.  She were exposed to art since childhood.   Growing up among all of this is what made her choose Interior design as a profession.  Afia's approach in design is Minimalism and Environmentalism but, with a cultural reference.  Her goal is to revive Islamic art, set an identity for herself as a designer and an identity for the region instead of mimicking Western's philosophies.
